Incredibly tiny room and bathroom, probably smallest I have ever seen, so keep that in mind if you are carrying a lot of luggage-there is nowhere to put it. Other than that, clean room in a great location, helpful staff, good view, valet parking was nice.

We loved how clean and unique this hotel was and most of the staff was fairly friendly. We also loved that it was safe and we could walk to Pike Place and get on the train easily. The rooms were small but we were expecting them to be from other peoples reviews. We weren't offered the upgrade but we figured we aren't in the room long anyways.

I chose this hotel for the "boutique" feel and the history of the hotel along with the air conditioning. July can be unpredictable in Seattle and air conditioning was a must. The bar, dining area and breakfast/coffee bar were very nice. At check-in there was a free glass of wine for us during the 4-6 hours. It was a very nice touch. The card access in the elevator makes you feel very safe. While the rooms are not large, (who is going to spend a lot of time in their hotel room in Seattle??) the bedding was top notch and the shower with assorted products was lovely. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We only stayed for one night as we were traveling with family (in the area) by car to the ferry for San Juan Islands.

The location was good however the staff and the manager were really rude didn’t help during my check in they make us wait almost 2 hour to give us room. I will not recommend it because of the services

When we arrived it was just as we saw in photos. Cutest hotel lobby! It was in the most perfect location. Walkable to pikes market and shopping. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of four. The only downfall was the washroom is super small however that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

Guest services did not answer phone in AM so we couldn’t get late check out. Made arrangements in advance to leave car until 4 since going to matinee. When I checked out at 11, was told to be out by 2. They did eventually let me stay, but warned me not to overstay next time. There won’t be one.

Service was horrible. No room cleaning unless you ask for. I needed a meal one day, called the restaurant no one answered. Called front desk they told me to use the QR code. There was none in the room. When I finally got one downstairs took me to a website that was not working. They sent someone to my room who said would go talk to the restaurant and would come back. I waited for an hr. No one showed up. I just crossed the street to get a sandwich.. easier. When I got there I watched a homeless person walk in, grab what they wanted and walk out as the owner screamed.
