This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps at the front door. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room with queen sofa sleeper; kitchen, dining. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Lovely 15 min walk to Capitol Hill which is a vibrant, eclectic place that we will definitely be visiting again. Property is well equipped, the beds are super comfy, all amenities you need, coffee maker with pods, great selection of tea. Roof garden was a great plus, we loved playing Jenga up there! We had 2 vehicles but you only get one permit so this was a bit of a challenge as the local 24 hr lots charge extortionate prices. We drove a few blocks down to where the zoned parking ended and left the vehicle there, it was in a residential area.
