"Nice hotel in great location"
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Welcoming entrance with very helpful staff and concierge. Elevators were very quick and responsive. Did not use the spa, but liked that it was right there with great services. Did use hot tub, sauna and steam room. Wonderful. Fitness center was one of best we have used while traveling. Chris at the bar took care of us and ate delicious breakfasts each morning at Urbane. Liked this green hotel in great location. Room could have used a few more hooks for clothes and some water splashes out of shower. But overall, would definitely stay here again.

"Nice hotel 5 min walk to downtown area "
Very friendly hotel staff , nice room with Space neddle view , comfortable bed , room was clean , I wasn't crazy about divider sliding panels from bathtub to bedroom, other than that room was great . Down side of this hotel for me was the pool and work out area is separate from hotel building , so you have to go out to get to gym . Overall nice hotel.

"Great hotel in a fantastic Seattle location!"
We stayed for one night at the Best Western Plus Pioneer Square Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We live locally and wanted to be within walking distance to Safeco Field for the Billy Joel concert, and this hotel worked beautifully for that. Self-parking was a block away in a parking garage for $25 for one night, but in Seattle on a Friday, that's hard to beat price-wise. We'll be back to this hotel in the future!

"Amazing staff "
We recently stayed and this hotel has the best staff working for them day and night. We arrived late at night and had a great experience with the man who brought up our bags. He was awesome, very helpful and cheerful (it was 9-10pm). Our maid was amazing every day and to me went over and beyond to make our room neat and clean. My only complaint may be room size and dated appearance but otherwise it has all the amenities I would like.

"Great hotel with very friendly staff "
First of all the staff was super friendly, the hotel is very clean with pretty decoration and it's an absolute jewel for wine-lovers: every day there is a free wine tasting in the afternoon, there is a book on local wines in the room and decorations around wine (I was very surprised by having a piece of art made out corks-but is looks really cool. The location is very central - close the city center and the conference center. Apparently you can use the gym for free but I didn't have time for that

"Staycation in Seattle"
We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect except for the shower! The head was up at about 7ft. I had to stand on my tip toes to reach it to adjust it. And it was the rain shower type so by the time the water reached me it was a trickle.

"Nice hotel, but not a great value"
I have stayed at the Kimpton Monaco in Portland in the past and it has always been one of my favorite hotels. So I looked forward to checking out the Hotel Monaco in Seattle. It was nice enough... But not exceptional for the price paid. The staff were helpful, although returning to my room at 5:00 pm on the second day and it still not having been made up was unacceptable. The room was fine but lacked any sort of specialness. The bathroom was what you would find in a holiday inn, not in a higher end hotel. All in all, the Hotel was fine, but I likely could have found similar accommodations for at least $100 a night less.

"Nice area and convenient to highway"
Good Breakfast and convenient - not the normal layout of a Country Inn, but still nice. A bit aged and would like to see some building upgrading, but still nice.
