"Weekend getaway. "
Hotel is in a nice quiet location and is only 20min walking distance from the main attractions such as the space needle, EMP museum and the public market. The doorman outside were the best, extremely resourceful and very friendly. It was a nice story.

"Nice central location to explore Seattle from"
Excellent hotel property that lacked nothing. We were perfectly located to jump off in every direction to explore Seattle. A simple 7 block walk to Pikes Market and all the magic there. Next day we walked two blocks to the Monorail which took us directly to the Space Needle at Seattle Center which also has the EMP museum, science Center, ride with the ducks and the Chihuly glass garden all within a block. Baseball games at Safeco were either a $17 cab ride or a $4 LRT ticket from the station mere minutes away. We walked home each night 30-40 minutes from Safeco surrounded by several hundred baseball fans. Perfect! The hotel itself was excellent, very clean and luxurious, great toiletries and robes supplied (we got upgraded to the top floor as well). The staff were top notch every where we turned. Coffee and restaraunts can easily be found within a block or two. There are simply no negatives...I would stay here again no question. I love Seattle!

"My new FAVORITE/GO-TO hotel in Seattle"
Loved everything about Hotel Monaco- the decor is classic, modern, clean, cool, with an amazing ambience- whether sitting in one of the many couches and chairs and nooks in the lobby to the restaurant with seriously delicious creative fresh plates AND a beautiful, chic, sophisticated bar & cocktails. The rooms are decorated gorgeously- are very spacious with one of the nicest & largest bathrooms ever. Hotel Monaco = A MUST!

While the room and facilities were nice and the employees we nice, I was disappointed that room service food gave me food poisoning. In addition I had made appointments for the spa and they called the night before saying they were over booked and the only option I had was to come in earlier or cancel or reschedule for another day. As I was there specifically for a spa weekend I rescheduled for ealrier but that caused problems with my other scheduled events. I was surprised they didn't offer me a discount for their error in over booking on their end.
