This home will welcome you from your daily walks on the Bluff Trail and rounds of oceanfront golf with two gas-powered fireplaces and a soothing private hot tub outside on the deck. Step inside to find natural light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling windows and an ocean view living room with a plush sectional sofa, a gas fireplace set into the wall, and a mounted flatscreen TV just above. On the other side of the entry hall are a light-filled dining space, sliding doors that lead to a patio, and a modern kitchen with a bar counter, a wine fridge, and stainless steel appliances (including a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and double ovens). Prepare meals outside on the gas grill, relax afterward in the sheltered hot tub overlooking the golf course, and leave your swimsuits to spin in the stackable washer/dryer as you play board games or choose a DVD to watch on the Xbox 360\. However, the check in process was awful. I was given the code but it did not work. It was pouring rain and there was no reception. Once I was able to get in contact with Vacasa, they offered no help and insisted the code was correct. They accused me of being at the wrong house. After getting in contact with the local team, they admitted the code was incorrect. We spent in an hour in the rain trying to get in. After I was able to get in the house, I asked how they could remedy the awful experience and wasting out time with wrong information. The communication went dark and I have gotten no response. It has a really well appointed kitchen, is super clean, comfortable and redone. The only thing not updated is the primary bath, but it's very clean and functional. It has a beautiful view of the ocean over the meadow and the proximity to the golf course was great for my husband and girls. We had a great time, will be back. It has gorgeous views and is well equipped. The one down side is Vacasa Rental Agency. They are unyielding with zero flexibility. The fireplace quit working after day #2 and was never repaired, after a week stay. The check in time of 4pm is tolerable IF the check out time was 11am or Noon. Disappointed with Vacasa.
