Smiling Pines - You found it - a little bit of paradise on earth! This unique home is nestled in a lightly wooded 19 acre parcel which includes a private 3 acre pristine pond. Your host has created several walking trails throughout the woods. There is a wooden foot bridge that crosses the pond's outlet stream that leads to a running path that goes all around the pond.

A fire pit sits at the edge of the pond, at the edge of the expansive front lawn. Guests enjoy time by campfires with only the sounds of birds and ducks to disturb nature's quiet. The large lawn is perfect for family games.

This country home is a one-story home with a loft that overlooks the living/dining area. A terrific sunroom overlooking the large back yard and pond is sure to be a family favorite. This room is perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a good book. The open floor plan is especially enjoyable for family vacation time. There is a game room on a finished lower level.

The 3 acre pond is great for swimming, fishing and paddle sports. A canoe and a kayak are available for your pleasure. A fire pit near the pond is great for discovering the stars above the campfires.

Amazing property with everything we could want and more!

The most perfect place to be while off the fields! Our son played at Dream Parks and our younger children and my husband and I could not have asked for anything better to make it a vacation for us too! We loved fishing, kayaking and canoeing on the pond, and nights sitting by the fire. It truly had all the anemenites and more and felt like a home away from home!
