Most of the staff was great. Others were full of attitude. The life guards made fun of my child and others in the swimming area. Our light shades had blood stains. There was a hole in the wall of our room. Multiple pierces peeling from the walls including trimming. The parking lot was full of trash and litter. Our window in our room leaked during a recent rain storm almost making it down to the outlet positioned below it. We were made to put towels on the window ledge.

If you want to take a shower you may want to look elsewhere, shower head looked like its never been clean. I work at a hotel so i noticed alot, but a filthy showerhead and shower is unacceptable.
