Room was clean and large. The room was thoughtful equipped with things we need and kids friendly. The location was great! The checking process was sort of confusing because there are two sets of counters that we needed to go to check in and get the keys. Very odd.

Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

Very clean and nicely furnished for such an old property. Our room could have used a good scrubbing on the bathroom floors b/c the grout and tiles were dirty. The shower could use re-caulking around the glass shower door where it meets the bathtub to get rid of a bit of mold, and the tiles in the shower could need to be sprayed with Tilex and scrubbed. Those are all minor things, but could improve the room a lot. Overall, very satisfied.

I booked a room the picture showed a bed and a separate little room with a couch but the room that I got just had the bed and a Shelf with a pad on it that was my best apparently supposed to be a couch but barely looks like it was going to be able to hold more than a few bags let alone an adult person ...

No problem checking in. Staff friendly. Room spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels to watch. Plenty hot water for shower. Quiet for a weekend. Pool seemed dirty but able to swim in it. Hot tub wasn't working, what a bummer. Close to stores.

The only bad thing about our over night trip to Plattsburgh was the hotel I do not recommend the Days Inn by Wyndham when we first arrived I had to go to the service desk 3 times we couldn't get into our room so they switched rooms for us the room had dead ladybugs on the floor and in the bathroom ...
