Kudos to the staff for the service prior and during our stay. Staff accommodated our after hours arrival with not a problem. They provided detailed instructions of how to enter the hotel and to access our room. We had a problema with the AC, but hotel staff arrived to our room and were able to solve the issue. Our room was bigger than expected, clean, tidy and likely recently renovated. I was surprised of their modern building’s management system which control lights and AC in our room. The...

Very cute, quiet little hotel in a beautiful location with a fantastic view of Venice. We had a great stay!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very clean. Close to the market including the fish market. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

We were so impressed with the incredible service from the staff at this hotel, and our rooms were very comfortable and the location couldn’t be better! Easy walk to all main sites, and great restaurants and shops everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful

The Hotel is very nice and clean. Andrea the reception guy is very nice and helpful the apartment hotel is just the other side of St. Mark square. the water bus stop is just 400 m from the apartment at bus stop called Al Redentore. there is a nice supermarket just after the waterbus stop and before the apartment.

Amazing location. The views are absolutely stunning from the rooftop and the balcony was so cute and quaint but large

Lovely hotel in amazing location - S. Marco, gondola, shopping. All of the staff were very welcoming and treated us like family. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in properties in 27 countries and 35 cities around the world, with most being good to excellent, but this little gem will hold a special place in our memories. It was spotless, very comfortable, and absolutely charming! This property was put together not just with the guests needs at the front, but with their experience. Best of all it is not located in the centre of the busy tourist section but a quiet and quaint side street that is literally a minute walk from the action....

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and spacious for the area. A small kitchen but, it has everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. There's a grocery store close by and lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk. Our only issue with Venice was getting to the hotel. It was our first time visiting Venice. We picked a random water taxi service outside the train station. Gave them the address of the hotel. Where they let us off was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Walking...

Riccardo was incredibly friendly and kind! Check in was so easy, and the neighbourhood was perfect-away from all the hustle, but a short and beautiful 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. All restaurant recommendations they provided were fantastic. The room and balcony were above and beyond.

Beautiful room on a canal, need to go to lassidi palace to check in , it is open 24/7, don,t go to lassidi arco, get bus from train or bus station to s. Zaccaria / past San Marco square, and it’s a short walk

Loved the building, quieter area and unique atmosphere

The Venetian decor of the property and room is so pretty - it made our stay extra special. Its location in the Center of Venice made it quite convenient to walk everywhere

The place was quiet and very clean. I wish I can stay here longer next time :) Especially Noel helped us a lot with what to do and accommodated all our requests.

Absolutely incredible! Better than the pictures! Very clean, lovely location, super helpful staff! Gorgeous view of canal from my window! Will absolutely be back!
