The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay, they even prepared a special bottle of prosecco for us since it was our honeymoon! Cute stay although the room was a little small.

This property is in a good location. The customer service was excellent. The room I had was kind of beat up..lots of things broken. Good for someone who doesn’t care.. No good for old people who have problems going up stairs. We were on the Fifth level with no elevators at all and the stair well is tiny and narrow. It was a workout going up and down.

We love this hotel! Beautifully decorated rooms. Two separate rooms provided privacy with kids. Staff were fantastic! They accommodated our early check in and helped with any inquiries we had. Also, the location was perfect.

I liked that the apartment was in a non-touristy part of the city. It was quiet with no crowds. However, we were only a couple of minutes walk away from the vaporetta, so it was easy access to go wherever we wanted to.
