This was a good place to stay. Perfect location, water//tea/espresso to drink, refrigerator, treats, cleaning service and friendly staff. Beaware that there's an extra unmentioned concealed charge of $4 each night for each person. So if there's a couple & you booked the place for 5 nights you will pay $40 on top of what you have already paid regardless of what your receipt may say you owe at the property. This is the email that was sent to me, "The city tax is € 4 per person per night. I have a document by the municipality of Venice. Maybe it's an error of your site where you booked. So you have to pay...." Also, in my opinion, this was a stylish, elegant and comfortable place to say. I really enjoyed it/ Venice.

Location was great and directions from vaporetto made it an easy find. The room was lovely and the entire hotel was welcoming, safe, comfortable. Will def stay again on our next trip

This is a really lovely spacious room with canal views, on a quiet square but only two minutes walk to the Grand canal and lovely bars, restaurants and shops. Easy walk to St Marks and Rialto bridge. 2 mins from Rialto water bus stop which is on the direct orange line from the airport which is very handy too. Great communication from the office and convenient check in procedure. Thank you!

The location is impeccable with an incredible access to all main venues and the room was fabulous but… we were greeted via a Zoom link, location was very noisy with garbage removal and deliveries from 6am to party goers till early in the morning. And finally, the smell of cheap air deodorant covers the odor of dannare.
