Hotel is being shuttered. Everything a mess. Nothing available. Thankfully the staff tried hard but workers loud and moving furniture all day. Internet didn’t work, no food and breakfast basically coffee and a biscuit on dirty tables. Someone should have told us the hotel was being shut down this month. It showed and we wouldn’t have stayed.

Next door people spent the whole night going in and out of their room slamming the door every 5 minutes they were filling up ice chest with ice and glass bottles you could hear all the noise they were making and talking and laughing all night. Finally close to 4 in the morning I couldn’t sleep and we got up and left never again will stay there. The room needs updating and dust everywhere I’m sure they can do a little cleaning before guests arrive.

I felt so bad asking for a refund. The manager or worker that was there is clearly a great person and hard worker, all of them I’m sure. But the establishment is honestly not good.

Close to the airport when one need to stay for a night. The hotel provides a ride with Lyft between hotel and the airport. Very average hotel but with very helpful staff.

It was easy catching the Caltrain to go to oracle park to watch the Giants play. I wound definitely book this hotel again!

The staff were great, and really helpful. Rooms were very basic. Sheets and towels were clean, but carpets and floors were dirty and felt like I wouldn't want to walk on them with my sock feet. Bathroom was clean, but again, floors were dirty in corners. Overall what I would expect for an inexpensive airport hotel. It worked for the one night we needed to stay as our flight was cancelled.

The room smelt of cigarettes although it was a smoking free hotel. As soon as you walk in the food stench was bad. The condition of the place is pretty poor and there were stains on the bed covers.
