A lovely hotel with impeccable service in the heart of San Francisco. Bonus is the pool! The restaurant and bar are a great place to relax too.

The attitude was on high level. We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is in a very good location and it is very convenient to walk everywhere.I would like to emphasize the room service everything was very clean and the housekeepers did their best to please you. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is wonderful but can say the same about the neighborhood that surrounds it. Although the immediate neighborhood is not bad, jus a few blocks away and the conditions deteriorate rapidly. Such a shame for a once great and vibrant city.

I didn’t like that the fire alarm went off at 4 am, that it took hours to get that resolved, that I was left sitting in front of my room for 1/2 hr waiting on their staff. It’s a great hotel, and the individual workers are awesome, and I’ll go back, but this wasn’t my best stay here. Honestly, they should have comped me something because I basically paid $500 for 4 hrs of sleep and a never-ended lust of problems.
