Very friendly staff. The room was a bit run down and the tv had a removable sticky "eye" that we needed for the remote.

Staff was very nice and gave us bottled water as well at check in. Maybe it was bc we said we had been driving 12 hrs and looked exhausted. Fire was going in the lobby and it was warm and inviting. So far enjoying our stay.

The parking lot lighting was not maintained well for safety. The last available parking spots in a safe area were for freaking Tesla’s. The couch in the room was torn and stained.

Great place to say, just don't dine there
The hotel was very nice and comfortable; however, we chose to have dinner at the bistro, and that was a disaster. It took literally 90 minutes to get sandwiches, and when they arrived, the food was cold. The staff member working the bistro never bothered to check in with us in the meantime. He did offer $10 off our bill, but it wasn't worth it.

The staff at reception/ bar/ restaurant area were excellent to very good. Location is well suited for an eight day tourism trip. Street access unsafe to turn left. The lobby and breakfast area were just ok and furniture in poor maintenance. Biggest complaint is housekeeping in the rooms very poor and top management appears to be incompetent, oblivious to problems or worse. My wife hurt foot on carpet tack or something in carpet and manager wouldn’t even talk to her. His poor assistant left to give us first aid items, after she had to do his job. We had to ask repeatedly for room service and still only full service once!

I was told by the front desk later that day everything was ok and nothing was found on the floor, but you are correct, I should have definitely followed up and made sure myself. Wonderful clean and comfortable stay. My only complaint was housekeeping knocking on our door waking and us up wanting to clean before 9am. Check out isn’t until noon so we didn’t appreciate that.
