This hotel was listed as a 3-star property. It looked like something straight out of Forensic Files. There is no way I would ever stay here again. I was shocked by the condition of the room. It was not only uncomfortable, but it was dilapidated, it smelled bad, and there were noises of critters coming from the walls. The couch and walls had holes, the sink did not drain, and the bedding was sparse and scratchy. I was shocked and disappointed that this establishment charged almost $300/night considered the state it is in. It's under construction, and the communication between management and employees is awful, to boot. The only positive worth noting is the location was convenient.

This is my third stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is central to many things in downtown Riverside. Parking is monitored and safe.

I was very pleased with my 3 days here. There was plenty to do in the area. 24 hour food available. Service was excellent. Road noise a little annoying at times. Overall, excellent stay and would come back again

Location was great for our trip. The hotel was under construction. I believe I saw a sign posted no pets and saw 2 people with small dogs, not service dogs. Staff was friendly.

Business center out of order, staff is clueless, towels are all a different shade of white, dingy dirty carpet, old TVs with no technology, I was surprised they were in color. During our stay the place was under construction which was not stated prior to booking. To top it off, I witnessed staff being inhumane to homeless people walking outside.

Fantastic staff!
Fabulous stay. The staff were the best I've experienced at a hotel in Riverside and could teach the rest! The hotel was under renovation so lost a point for beauty, but we'll definitely be back.

Beautiful with unexpected costs.
Checked in with my cashapp card and they didn't want to accept it and I told the female it's the only card I have. She said it wld have to be an extra $100 and my total wld be $341 and some change. With no other choice I put more money on my card, come back and there is a male now. Very nice and respectful he lmk it wld be extra and my total wld be $291 and change & the $100 will go BK on my card 5-10 business days. So why was it $50 MORE with her?! Other than that very nice and respectful staff, beautiful rooms with NICE view!! Security at night. ALSO.... YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING!! Which I think is RIDICULOUS!! ESPECIALLY $25!!! When the Hampton inn across the street has underground parking and ours are in the open and you have to pay, THATS CRAZY too me... But beautiful hotel in all!

Our room was large and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around the charming downtown area, which still had all its holiday lights on, and we had a lovely view of the Mission from our windows. The complimentary breakfast was really good. There were 2 things that we did not like: the $25 charge for parking, and the fact that we left 2 jackets hanging in the closet, and one of them never showed up in the lost & found, meaning that someone (perhaps the housekeeper?) took it. I know for a fact that I left it hanging there, and I called immediately upon realizing this a few hours later.

Nice hotel. Cost was probably a bit more than I normally spend, but it was comparable to others in the area. Very conveniently situated in the downtown area. Like in most 'big cities', there was a charge for parking. Not horrible. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room was very spaceous, comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Pretty standard fare.

Overall it was a very nice, up kept property. Bummer for us was a small parking lot for our truck and charge for parking that we were unaware of until we arrived. Room was very spacious but carpet was stained in several spots. We realize the downfalls on the property were likely subject to us and otherwise we enjoyed our experience.
