Moody Midway - Village Acres! Prime Location!

The Moody Midway is a family owned home with lots of thought put into the experience we want to offer our guests. We pride ourselves on the inviting space we provide through offering luxury amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, abundantly stocked coffee bar, toiletries upon arrival, several family oriented games, and so much more!. We want you to feel like you have walked into your home away from home!

The Moody Midway is a 2200 sq ft two story, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom w/ a 2 car garage and ample extra parking in the driveway. Our home has a split floor plan w/ an oversized master suite, making it perfect for couples, families, or even groups up to 9 people. Every room is equipped with a smart TV, to include complimentary WI-FI w/ high speed internet coverage and Netflix.

The master suite offers an oversized space w/ a lush king sized bed (sleeps 2) and features world class linens selectively chosen for comfort, as well as a workspace. The second guest bedroom boasts a delightful queen bed (sleeps 2). The third guest bedroom encompasses two full size beds (sleeps 2-4) with a dedicated playroom for the kids. . The 3rd guest bedroom has another queen bed.

The living room calls your name with its chic sitting area, gorgeous leather sofa, 55” smart TV. Feel free to relax and kick back with your favorite movie or help yourself to our assortment of games for families and couples located in the sideboard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential items, to include a coffee bar, toaster, blender, crockpot, microwave, oven, and other additional amenities.

Our laundry room includes a washer/dryer, along with complimentary Tide pods and dryer sheets for your stay. You will also find an iron and ironing board, in case you decide to hit the course.

Our 2 car garage is perfect for storing any of your golf equipment, bikes, or outdoor equipment. In addition, you will find a ping pong table, golf putter mat, dart board, life size Jenga, and video game machine. We also offer an outdoor patio area w/ a heat lamp for use during the winter.

Guests will have complete access to all rooms including the garage and backyard. Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway. If you will be using the air mattress please let us know. This will ensure that we leave an extra set of linens out for you. We do not allow parties on the property, as we are located in a residential neighborhood.

Great Stay

What an awesome property. Four of us guys went golfing for the weekend and had a great stay. The place is exceptional. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable and great location for what we had going on. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

Beautiful home, very attentive hosts!

We had an amazing time on our trip. The Moody Midway is spacious, beautifully decorated, offered all the comforts of home, and had very attentive hosts. Absolutely no complaints and only compliments. Would stay again for sure! We travel ALOT both for work and pleasure and this was one of our best stays yet!

Great House in a Great Location!

Moody Midway was just what we needed for our 3-night visit to Pinehurst! The house is clean, beautifully furnished, and very cozy. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals at home, the living room was a great place to gather and watch TV and all of the bedrooms were nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds. Its location in Village Acres is a short drive to the resort, clubhouse/golf courses and the Village shops and restaurants. Ameeta was in communication with us before, during and at the end of our stay and was extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a great time and look forward to a return visit!

5 Star Property with 5 Star Service

Four guys on a golf trip in early December 2023. New house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Only 5-7 minutes from the Pinehurst Village and easy access to Hwy. 501 and the famous Pinehurst traffic circle. House was immaculately clean. All new furniture and beds. HVAC is quite and very efficient both up and down stairs. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. All four are very nice size and well appointed. The owner/property manager is very responsive (will reply most times within 10 - 15 minutes). Would highly recommend this property!!
