"Overall, my stay at LondonHouse was good. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the staff are polite. However, there were a few downsides. I tried to go to the rooftop several times, but each time I was told it was closed because I wasn’t planning to order food. That didn’t feel right and seemed like access was unnecessarily restricted. Also, the bedsheets were not changed unless I specifically requested it, which is below expectations for a hotel at this level. Another issue was that there was no microwave anywhere in the hotel. Even having one per floor would have been very helpful. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but these points could definitely improve the guest experience."

"Excellent customet service. Our car wouldn't start. The manager got jumper cables from another employee and brought his own car out to jump ours. We didn't even ask, he saw us and volunteered to help. There was a room issue when we first checked in. It was immediately corrected and they gave us 2 free drink tix for the bar onsite."

"Nice historic venue. Rooms were a little musty and bathroom could have been fresher. The lobby was great."

"Good intake and valet service. Food service was significanly delayed Wednesday morning. We were offered to find another local spot. We had already paid and we are unfamiliar with the area. Breakfast was great when finally availble."

"Upon arrival, the guest service agents were kind and attentive to guests, even while others waited in line, and were careful to give each guest their attention. With this location being in the heart of downtown, it was easy to walk to the theatre or enjoy a walk along the lake."

"Overall, this hotel was excellent. Extremely helpful staff...way above and beyond. I was told they were having a 3 hour staff training meeting one of the days I was there and it's evident a key component of that training was guest accommodations and helpfulness. I only had two complaints: the major one is that it was impossible to get internet in my room. I could get it fine in my meeting room but not the sleeping room. The minor is their coffee pods leave coffee grounds in the cup, every time. And their cups were too large for the capacity of the Keurig so I left a mess of water leaking but figured it out after the second morning. Sorry!"

"Great location in the heart of Chicago's theater district! The hotel is also walking distance from other popular tourist sites (Millennium Park, Willis Tower, etc.). I would definitely stay here again! "
