It was under construction when I was there. My room had a stong unpleasant odor. The breakfast was good. No one cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels.

I made reservations while on the road and to my surprise it was not overly priced. Check in person was very friend and already had key card ready upon my arrival. Room smelled clean very well put together and beds were very comfortable. Body soap was low and they quickly came to refill it without any hesitation. Breakfast had different options from fruit to cereal to omelets and even sweets.

Safety awareness, accountability and leadership at this facility did not meet my expectations. My wife tripped on a defective rug at the front door. No first aid given or offered by staff. First aid kit locked in managers office and unavailable. Desk clerk did not have authority to move defective rug. Was told next day that manager would contact me and now 19 days later with no contact. Rug still there when checked out 2 days later. 3 night stay with no maid service. Clean facility and good breakfast.

A bit more attention to details would be nice
The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The common areas were nice and fresh. The room was clean and new. My only complaint was that we stayed there three days and NEVER received housekeeping or fresh towels. I didn’t seen anything in the room that indicated that if you wanted housekeeping, you had to request it. We back late each evening, so we just had to get towels from the front desk. The ice maker on our floor was not working. On day one, someone tracked in some red mud/dirt on the white tile floor in the lobby and it took two days for them to vacuum it up. The hotel is renovating guest rooms, but the work did not disrupt our stay at all.

Great stay for what we needed/
We only stayed for a few hours for sleep before continuing our trip. Rooms were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable for a hotel bed. The only complaint was a the A/C is pretty loud and when it would shut off it would make a clicking sound and you could hear the highway noise. Breakfast was above average for a hotel. Would stay here again. NO BUGS!

The Best Hotel
The moment you enter the lobby it smelled amazingly good . The room was very nice and clean and the bathroom was fully equipped with Dove products which was awesome. The breakfast was so delicious which also saved us from spending on breakfast elsewhere. Definitely coming back.
