Beach House with Large Screened in Pool

This spacious family-friendly vacation home is located in a quiet, residential area on the west end of Panama City's most pristine beaches. This house is 5 minutes to 30A and 15 to Pier Park. Beach access 86, 87, and 88 are just a short walk through the neighborhood. Soak up the sun at the beach all day and spend your night swimming in our screened-in pool! We also offer longer term stays for traveling professionals, nurses, and snowbirds.

Amazing family getaway
The house was very clean and we loved our stay. We had everything we needed for a great stay. The outdoor space was fantastic with a grill and screened in pool. It was so nice to hang out outside without the mosquitos biting. It was a short 5 minute drive to the beach if that. would definitely recommend this property and we will be booking again if we are ever in PCB again. The host was very responsive to any questions i had. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Nice home, quick owner response
The house was clean and the pool was amazing! Access to the beaches was decent, took us only 5 min to get to the beach. A few things to mention. First and most importantly, there are two bathrooms as indicated, however what is not indicated is that both bathrooms can only be accessed through the two bedrooms. 😬 so the people staying in the third bedroom, have to walk through someone else’s bedroom to get to the bathroom. 😣 Also, the bedroom with only the bunk beds seems to be an add on to the house and the door for the room is an outside door, meaning it has glass pane windows so there is no privacy for those staying in that room. It is also the room that has the washer and dryer, so no access unless you walk into someone’s room. Everything else is just minor notes. The instructions don’t indicated that the trash cans need to be moved to the street for pick up (I know pretty basic but maybe still should be listed). The kitchen was decently stocked, although there was only one towel, no dish rags and no pot holders. 😬 There was toilet paper and a roll of paper towels when we arrived, along with dish soap and hand soap. It was pointed out that there were no small toiletries like you mind find in other rentals. The last thing I would point out was that there were no dog/cat bowls available for our pooches (again not a huge deal but I did kind of expect it at a pet friendly rental). The owner was quick to respond and resolve our questions on site! ❤️
