This place worked well for 2 couples as long as one couple is ok to sleep on single beds. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy to get to, good parking, nice patio. 2 min walk to the pool.

Christmas Trip

Went to play golf, eat out, and visit Joshua Tree National Park. Played Palm Desert Country Club where the condo is located. Really pretty and a across the street from the condo. Great central location.

Sisters Getaway

Mid winter get away to Palm Desert with a day trip up to Big Bear. This is our second stay at this condo and is does not disappoint. Very nicely furnished and communication with the host was a breeze. Will definitely return, possibly every year. Condo is in a lovely gated community.

Excellent place to stay. 1 minute to the pool, 4 minutes to the clubhouse. The condo had everything we needed to cook and bbq. It was very clean and comfortable and very easy to check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was well stocked with kitchen, bath and most of living quarters. A wind blew and left dust everywhere in and out. Did all we could to keep it out but relative also said never had that heavy wind with dust in 40 years living there. Interior is in need of painting and BBQ had not been cleaned in a long time. Overall was pleased with theunit

Customer service was great from basic communications to details. The home is very comfortable and clean. It is a 5 min walk to the Country Club clubhouse and less than 10 minute drive to Indian Wells tennis facility.

Value for the dollar

All around a very comfortable stay in a townhome with much to offer. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need to prepare quick meals to large elegant dinners. The living room is equipped with a 65” LG TV including a DVR allowing recording of favorite programs. Each bedroom is equipped with TVs as well. The outdoor patio is large and well furnished.which includes a quality barbecue grill. All in all my wife and I had a very enjoyable stay and will not hesitate to stay again when in Palm Desert. Thank you Mavic!

Clean, calming and rejuvenating

Upon entry owner greeting us with warmth and hospitality card. Rooms were top class and clean and safe, perfect outing for a calm get away with the family. Tennis courts very close by. We will be back thank you.

I was very pleased with all the amenities that were provided. Everything that was mentioned in the ad was on point. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for both weekends of Coachella Music and Arts Festival. Everything was perfect. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality.

I chose this condo because it was listed as "view of golf course". That is a stretch. There is a view of a sand trap about 100+ yds away if you peer to your left from the patio. It should be listed as "greenbelt view". Prop Mgr unresponsive to request for assistance

I really liked the bedrooms and bathrooms being on opposite sides of the condo. I also really liked the huge patio for the bedrooms and living area. The property location is very beautiful. What I didn’t like is the strong order coming from the utility room where the washer/dryer arelocated. It was was strong my friend had to put a towel covering the door so the smell didn’t seep into the second bedroom. Also there is too much furniture and stuff on the tables. It’s lot of stuff. It appears that someone lives there but just rents out the condo periodically.
