"This really is a slice of paradise. If you are looking for a boutique hotel, with great food, friendly and very helpful staff then this is for you. The staff were always on hand in WhatsApp and booked us into 3 amazing restaurants we would not have found ourselves. Chiara , Antonia and a lovely man whose name escapes me were 5 star at customer service. Breakfast was delicious. The best fresh orange juice I have ever tasted. We stayed in a separate 1 bed small house with private terrace for sunbathing. We loved it. Complete with see through ceiling in the bathroom! I can’t recommend this property enough if you like us love good service, high quality food and a bit of peace and quiet. "

"We loved our stay! The staff were very nice and helpful, we played ping pong and pool almost every free opportunity we could, and the breakfast was very convenient and delicious. They had a great restaurant that wasn’t extremely overpriced either. The shuttle was a great way to get into town as the hotel is located quite far from city centre if you were to walk; the shuttle was affordable and the driver was very kind. The only disappointment was the pool as it was closed to get ready for the summer months, which was a bit of a let down for us. However, this definitely doesn’t take away from the fact that we had a great stay with a great room!"

"The folks at the reception desk are super friendly and super helpful. The communication prior to arrival was great. We had a 2 room suite that was very comfortable. The location was central to the older part of Palermo. 2 restaurants i suggest you reserve ahead of time, Locale and Nona Dora"

"Loved the hotel and staff....was kind of in a rough area untill we walked up a couple blicks and then was awesome in tje midst of everywhere youd want to be....the hotel from the outside was completely deceiving as when u opened tje doors its like stepping into some kinda palace! The room was clean and great and comfy bed and staff was amazing and the free breakfast was really good!"

"We stayed 3 nights at Mercure Hotel Palermo Centro. We were able to explore by foot from the hotel and felt very safe. It was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel."
