"We were picked up from the airport by the owner. His wife was waiting at the apartment with fresh linens, stocked kitchen, coffee, toast, jam and many resource guides with suggestions of where to go and the best way to get there. "My family stayed at hotel Politeama for a night before heading to the ferry for Morettimo. From the cleanliness of the room, to the amazing breakfast, it was a perfect stay! Great location, friendly staff, and I would like to especially call out the INCREDIBLE Concierge, Dorotea! She went out of her way to ensure that we could change our rental car drop off location and help us get a shuttle to the Ferry. She was always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and even offered suggestions on where to take my wife for her birthday! We cannot say enough about her and we hope to be able to stay there again in the future!"

"This is an old world hotel that does not disappoint in its style and uniqueness. The location is right in the heart of historic Palermo with all the sights within 15 minutes walk in any direction. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop restaurant is a charming and quiet with a wonderful city panorama with mountain surrounding all around and great for sunsets. The terrace bar is quiet and private with a charming waiter who will remember you. This is a spot for travelers who enjoy an old world experience with charm. If you want to be overlay pampered and think you deserve fantastic luxury - then stay away. You’ll just complain and I don’t want the staff to have to deal with you."
