"Very clean comfortable room with nice bedding. It was unusually hot that day and they loaned us a fan as the property is not air conditioned. Good restaurant next door and just a short way down the road to town center with many cute restaurants and shopping. Working on property maintenance while we were there. They did give us a breakfast box with a croissant and a Madeline cookie and coffee available in the office. Excellent stay for the price."

"The price for this location was GREAT! Location is amazing and great views even from the 2nd floor! Parking was tight so I don't recommend a large vehicle...which is a poor idea in the area anyway. Property is dated and lack of AC was a bit of a challenge. Staff were pleasant and the room was as clean."

"This nearly-new hotel is perfectly situated in Pacific Grove, just 2 blocks from the beach and Lover's Point. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a balcony facing the courtyard. There was some noise from live music and the courtyard lounge, so if you want a quiet room, ask for an outside-facing one. Staff were courteous and helpful, and it was a smooth stay. Would definitely recommend and return to stay again."
