"On arrival we were notified of a room upgrade that included a fireplace and balcony with a view of the ocean. It was beautiful looking out over the bay watching the sea otters, reading Steinbeck and just looking out at the water. The room was clean, valet parking was great and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the C Restaurant downstairs. It was convenient and the food was delicious. I will do this again and will stay here for our next trip to Monterey and the Aquarium which is a two-minute walk away. I loved every minute of our stay at The InterContinental Clement Monterey."

"The room was very clean and renovated. Lots of parking space available. Restaurants nearby were within walkable distance so it was pretty convenient"

"Location is convenient and close to attractions. Staff was helpful and resourceful. The hardwood floor vinyl in our room was sticking up in certain parts of the room making it difficult to walk around. Shower was hard to manage but luckily there were instructions included on the wall. TV had some color issues and we weren't able to access the settings. Beds were comfy and parking was accessible. Good stay."

"My friend and I arrived really late, like 11:50pm. The property was easy to find, quiet, and there were a few parking spaces left behind the building inside the hotel property. There was a little issue but the staff addressed it super professionally and kindly. The bath robes were a huge plus and water pressure amazing!! Cute working fireplace made it cozy. The breakfast was just delicious!!! I don’t care for free breakfast because they tend to be all sugar and plastic but they really had it down. AMAZING sausages, fluffy scrambled eggs with pepper jack cheese on top and breakfast potatoes!! It was like we were at a brunch restaurant and REAL silverware showed care for the guests and the environment. It was a girls trip after we started empty nesting and this hotel helped the start of our trip on the right foot. Definitely visit again."
