The hotel itself is fine. The building is in good condition, rooms are simple but kept nicely clean, and except for the parking garage, the property is key-access only so it feels safe. On-site parking is quite valuable as all street parking is metered. Other than this, the hotel doesn’t have much in terms of amenities. The main highlight is the location. Located right off Cannery Row, Wave Street Inn is a convenient walk away from many prime destinations. Great seafood restaurants, interesting shops, and the world-famous aquarium are all within half a mile. Overall a great stay for the price. The air conditioning has about a quarter inch thick of dust that's never been cleaned out which should be done every 6 months. The toilet roll holder was ready to fall off the wall. It'd be nice to get some conditioner. I usually bring my own but this time you forgot.
