The staff were very friendly, however they couldn't get the internet to work the entire time we were there. The breakfast could be rated as "fine" and we ended up going to other places in the morning for better coffee, pastries, and bagels. The room was large and well-appointed but two light bulbs were burned out.

The Hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained, the rooms were amazing with plenty of space and all the facilities that were needed and much more. the Team could not help us enough and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus that was unexpected. The location was so quiet, it was a welcome break after travelling down from San Francisco, I can not recommend this hotel enough, my only disappointment was that we did not stay for longer, thank you so much for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back on our next visit from the UK

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Carmel or Monterey. There was sufficient parking and the rooms were quite nice. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. There was no hot coffee or any juices.

Great stay here, close to Monterey and Coast, however wish the ice maker worked or they had pool or hot tub at the very least, very nice rooms however, spacious, big screen TV, no AC but was cool enough didnt need it, would stay again!!

If you are a senior staying there, it is very dark inside at night and there are steps going from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom with no lighting. It could be a hazard if you are not careful at night. The electric fireplace was a nice ambiance.
