upon entering the room I untucked the sheets to get ready for bed and the fitted sheet you lay on had multiple huge yellow and brown stains, hair, and a boot print- I called the front desk for them to come to the room to show them and to get new sheets and they came and witnessed it and said they will show it to the morning manager. I spoke to the morning manager and he confirmed the disgusting experience as well but when it came time for Expedia to call them on my behalf to resolve it in any way they of course were unwilling to do anything- And the room and property is just filthy all around

I was threatened to be removed from the property after checking in at 9pm after traveling 16 hours with 2 small children ages 3 and 1... i had a worker first knock on my door and then the GM call me to tell me someone below was complaining of people walking and laughing to loud they couldn't sleep... they asked me to not let my children walk and to keep them quiet or we wpuld need to leave... this was a sleep stop before checking into our resort... yall should be ashamed! The room was small, dirty and extremely hot with a very loud ac and loud highway nearby... not worth the money they charge!

This is my first time staying at this hotel and upon arriving it says under new ownership. I will tell you what from the time we checked in to the time we checked out the experience was great. The staff always greeted us when we walked through the lobby and always made sure everything is going well. We had a TV issue was addressed by the staff quick and efficient and the outcome after made me very satisfied looking to return to FL in December just for a few days and already looking into staying here again.

It's recently renovated and the staff is very friendly and helpful! there was a laundry room on my floor and it was convenient to return with clean clothes without the hassle or exposure of having to drag laundry around. My only complaint is that we couldn't use the microwave while the mini fridge was plugged in.

The windows do not keep sound out from the main road at all and trucks drive by all night laying on their horns. The place was very clean and well kept

I’m 65 years old late night on July 6,2024 about 11:30 me and my grandkids went there to stay and they would not give us the room because it was 5 kids but we never sign anything never got a key never got the room. We slept at a gas station next to the hotel and they won’t refund me my money back. They are taking 120 dollars away from me. I made the reservation sitting in the car not even 30 minutes and the still taking the money from me. That’s not fair. They are not not good people at all. If they treat me like this they would do you the same way . Really bad people. I want to just cry I didn’t really have that money. But I no it’s was not safe for me to drive with the kids.
