Me and my family made a trip to Disney world and this place was perfect. It was quiet, it was really close from Disney and the price was very reasonable. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the rooms doesn't have quite full privacy because it has a huge window which doesn’t really close and people walking on the hall can see you inside. But the rest was so good

The sheets and bedding were dirty, unchanged had makeup and hair. Phone did not work. When we went to the front, they did not apologize, did not seem surprised. Much better and cheaper places near WDW. It has potential but needs deep cleaning and regular cleaning afterwards. I put 3 pillowcases on and blanket and 3 sheets on bed to sleep “peacefully”.

Was a great price! A bit outdated and tired looking but my room was very clean. Was riding out no electricity at my home. Stayed for three nights enjoyed the pool. Has laundry next to my room. Worked fine for my needs. Beds could be replaced. But not a deal breaker!

clean and quiet. stayed 3 nights . housekeep came in on the first morning ,made beds and changed towels. No housekeeping on 2nd morning and no clean towels,3rd morning was checkout. besides that the saty was great!

I liked the hotel. It was clean and the staff were okay. I know it was a very stressful time for everyone during hurrican Milton, even for staff. However, they are in the hospitality business and need to remember that their guests are stressed as well. The breakfast was not worth the extra $15 dollars they were charging. The eggs were under cooked, the toaster was broken, and the choices were limited. I do like that the hotel tried to feed guests even after they lost power during the hurrican. Very much appreciated.

The property is older and could use updating both aesthetically and functionally (plumbing issues, window leaks) but it was very clean. The staff we encountered were all helpful and kind, especially impressive given that this was during a hurricane and that is likely why they were clearly under-staffed, resulting in long lines and shortened hours for some on-site food options and the front desk. It would have been helpful to have some sort of communication from the hotel about emergency procedures related to the storm, particularly during the power outage but all in all, we were grateful to be safe with our dog. I'd stay again but probably out of necessity rather than choice. It's a solid C .

Reservations were made for the King suite in the tower. When we checking in (with a small, older puppy) we were told we MUST accept a standard "superior" room because dogs are not allowed in the tower. Yet the web page stated "pet friendly". I was willing to pay an extra fee but was told "NO".
