I liked the pool, and the distance to Disney-world. However, they didn’t have elevators and we got an upstairs room, had to haul all of my suitcases to the second floor (I had an infant along so taking the car seat up the stairs was a workout). They had mini-fridge but no microwave, if I wanted one I had to pay $5/day. Which I asked for when I arrived and they never brought it to me. (They stated that they ran out of them)
They also didn’t tell me that I needed a pass to get in/out the premises, and wasn’t asked for it until the last night of my stay by security.
We had also asked for housekeeping to bring coffee and towels, and the front desk said that they would, but when we arrived from out day trip we came back to realize that no towels or coffee were ever delivered, come to find out we had to be in the room to receive the things (FD stated the opposite).
The stay was ok, but better communication amongst their staff would’ve made the experience better
