Property was beautiful outside with really nice amenities. Our room was not comfortable, and we had to call two times just to get linens and garbage cans left out of our room. We had mixed reviews on front desk staff. One man was very nice and helpful. The woman, while she answered our questions, was very short with us. Having no elevators is a serious issue with us as I am handicapped.

I have been staying at this property for years. Great location and staff are wonderful. Definitely in need of updates/maintenance. This time I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Hair all over the bathroom and what appeared to be a freshly made bed. The linen for the fold out couch was neatly folded in a plastic bag. When I made the bed there was what appeared to be grape jelly all over the blankets. Clearly not cleaned and folded and put away. 1st floor patios offer no privacy with public walkways next to them. I have had multiple positive stays here which is the only reason I would consider staying here again.

Perhaps more control/monitoring of rough housing/kids climbing on rock in middle of pool/another kid pooped on the pool stairs and the father didn’t do anything about it (report it or remove his child) from swimming pool. Would be nice to see an employee monitoring behaviour.

What an ugly place the room are like you step in the Time Machine to the 80s so outdate, please remove all those ugly bathtub from the middle of the room, who used those? It’s absolutely overpriced. Don’t go there

Overall, it was a beautiful place. Jacuzzi didn't have hot water. Light & fan on balcony didn't work. Shower drain plugged up. Saw a few cockroaches in the bathtub. When we asked for a compensation, both the front registration ladies laughed at us.

Everything eas pretty nice this time. I did not like that the lady at the desk was unwilling to move is to s higher floor even though there were rooms available to accommodate. She just said reservations already picked a room for you.
