This is not a 3 start property it is more of a 2 star, everything is a bit older hall wall carpets are stained water didn't drain well in sink and tub pillows were smaller then twin size pillows like accent pillow sizes and just collapsed my neck is still recovering I have to stack 4 of them, beds are on the firm side. air quality wasn't great. Wish I stayed somewhere else I got a sinus infection

The room was very musty smelling and the bed sheet wasn't changed during my whole stay. The room was good far as space for me and my family. The bed was fully of bed bugs and dust mites i had to go to the ER to get a shot so i could stop itching. The water in the hotel room smelled like sewer water. We had to brush out teeth with bottle water because of the smell. I rather spend more money on a hotel room so I wont have to go through this again not a good experience.

This is the second time my family stays here. Everything was great, we had problem with our room and staff helps us right away and gave us another room. Breakfast buffet was really great specially the mickey pancakes. Definitely staying here every time we visit Orlando.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have a great buffet style breakfast. The pool towels stayed stocked, the pool and hottub are very well maintained. The gameroom was a big plus with my grandbabies ❤️. Parking lot was well lit.

This hotel is dated with brown carpets and peeling paint. When we first arrived to our room, there were potato chips on the floor and in the sofa when we opened up the bed. I asked to have our sheets changed midway through the week and they weren’t. The halls were dirty. It was obvious they were never cleaned. The pool was smaller than pictured and disappointing. The only part we appreciated was that it was central to everything and the free breakfast was good. I wouldn’t stay here again intentionally.

The hotel was ok for the rate. It is not fancy, no central air, hallway and elevator very hot, no ac. The breakfast was very limited in choices and super pack. The best thing it was located very close to the dysney theme parks. The staff were extremely helpful and respectful.
