I had rooms 303 ab a the door looked like it was kicked in before and never fixed you could just push the door open without the room key I alerted the front desk the place is old and needs some work but for an overnight stay it was manageable

HabĆ­a mucha vigilancia, pasaban en un golf car por toda la propiedad. El hotel estĆ” bien por lo que se estĆ” pagando. EstĆ” limpio, vigilado, las camas y almohadas muy comodas. Disney, universal y SeaWorld estĆ”n prĆ”cticamente entre 20 a 30 minutos de distancia dependiendo el trĆ”fico. Para mi si solo vas a dormir en las noches en el hotel porque en el dĆ­a estarĆ”s en los parques no vale la pena gastar en un hotel muy caro porque no lo vas a disfrutar, esta es una buena opciĆ³n para dormir despuĆ©s de un largo dĆ­a en los parques.

The stay was nice. However, I paid through Expedia for 2 nights then when I got to the resort they told me I had to pay resort fees and $100 deposit. So, on top of the total cost that Expedia charged me, I had to pay another more money when I got to the property which was not any where in the fine print. Happy with room disappointed about pricing.

Very nice stay. Bathtub was a bit dirty with drips from the soap dispensers on the wall and dirt residue from previous renters. Regardless of this it was a great stay for me and family during this hurricane.

First you should know that these are converted condos. The second bedroom (with bathroom and external entrance) is what they're passing off as a "separate" hotel room with nothing more than a thin bedroom door between you and people you don't know. (I can only say this about two of the rooms(the double and the one bedroom, as these were the only ones I experienced). The first room I was sent to was not even on the same property but down the road AND across the street. The toilet didn't flush, the HVAC for the adjacent "room" filter door fell off (YES, you read that RIGHT, the larger room HVAC unit is IN the bathroom of the smaller "room".) The two non-operational THIN as paper bedroom doors is ALL that separates you from absolute strangers that you can hear EVERYTHING about. The tub in the double room was cracked, there were bugs and dirt all over. Extremely small television. Told to launder pool towels with in suite washer and dryer without an IN SUITE washer and dryer. Requested to speak to the manager and that NEVER happened. The front desk girls are amazing though. The back of the property is quiet even if the rooms are not. The property can be nice, but I think they're buying good reviews, this is in no way a 3.5 Star resort.

Absolute BEST I own a Travel Agency and have stayed ALL OVER THE WORLD. Trust me when I tell you this place is AMAZING! It has everything you need Kitchen, laundry, accepts pets PLUS chili's 10.99 is up the road with BOGO cocktails! I will be back!

We booked a last minute stay here during an evacuation with my children for the hurricane. This property was peaceful, quiet, and we felt safe. The 2bdrm was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean property and condo. Staff and security are present around the property continuously and they monitor everything for safety, maintenance, and cleanliness. We appreciated the comfort this resort offered us while we remained safe during the storm. Thank you to all management and staff.
