The room I was placed in did not meet the description of what I purchased. There were 2 connecting doors to the next room. The doors were locked by one flimsy door handle and they had a 1.5 inch gap below the door. On my second night the door was shoved open at midnight because the guests checking in thought it was an extension to their room. There was no phone in the room so I had to call guest service with my personal phone and they replied by “ well let the guest next door know you’re in there” . At this point they knew I was in there since they opened the door. The bathroom was dirty and had gum on the floor. Activities were canceled 3 out of the 4 days. The boot closed early twice. I will not be staying at Legacy again nor will I recommend it to anyone!

Was so nice to stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath room WITH a kitchen instead of a regular hotel room. Made our vacation so much nicer and more comfortable! Staff was wonderful and the room was clean and spacious. What else can I ask for? Would definitely stay again.

I wasn't happy with the stay.The place was dirty and outdated. My room was across the street and there was no crosswalk for me to get to the office and tiki bar and grill. The air conditioner in my room made a lot of weird noises. I was not told beforehand that there was no services. I had to call if I wanted toilet paper or towls. Nobody came in to do any clean up of the room. I have to put my garbage outside the door

The layout of the unit is very strange. Upon entering the front door, the bathroom is directly in front of it. The space is awkward and you have to step into the bathroom or to the left to shut the door. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee pot and a microwave. The only 2 cups are paper and with the coffee machine. There is no silverware, plates, bowls or drinking glasses. The unit we were in did not have a washer or dryer. Some units have them. There is no laundry room on the premises. The outside pool area looked nice. The neighbors were very loud.
