There was blood on my bed.... and it wasn't mine. There was live electrical wires hanging out of the wall. The freezer was so frosted over it couldn't be used. Spider nests in the room. The ceiling was falling down. There were strange people peeking through the gaps in the curtains.. The breakfast was a joke.

Our stay here was pleasant, the check in staff was very considerate and nice. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the breakfast items were good for a small hotel breakfast. Now the bad stuff... the housekeeping staff knocking on the door at 8 am wasn't pleasant and them having to use their phones to let you know what they wanted to say was a little off putting although they were very nice. Our room was attended to only twice during our 10 day stay and we had to hunt down towel, was clothes soap and toilet paper as needed. The rooms although "clean" really need to be redone, at least change the old and stained carpet. For the money it wasn't a horrible stay but a few improvements would go a long way to raise the property from a 2 1/2 star hotel to a 3 1/2 to 4 star destination

I am not picky and I will stay in budget hotels no problem, but this stay was awful. I stayed here before a few years ago and it was not bad at all, and very clean! The front desk worker was talking on the phone with his AirPods in the entire time we were checking in. This trip we had to move rooms because it was filthy. Stained, grime-y, walls, questionable stains on every surface, mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Stained comforter. Thank god we brought our own blankets and pillows. We were told room cleaning service comes every 2 days, not a problem at all! On the second day, room service only picked up the towels and trash, threw new towels haphazardly in the bathroom. They didn’t even make the bed!! We let the front desk know upon check-out and they shrugged it off. Very disappointed. These rooms are NOT cleaned well at all. We will be going to the doctor this week after the mold exposure above the bed, and pursuing legal action if anything happens. I want my money back.
