I would like to know why the Hotel needed me to give $25.00 on my credit card for? I had never had to do that before so I was wondering why?

Parking lot was littered with trash, but the hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice. Through the night (until about 3am) our neighbors were opening and closing their door (it was slamming shut) and their baby was screaming. The walls are thin and we could hear everything. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good, coffee tasted old. I’d stay here again.

We went to this place after a night stay at a nightmare hotel. We must admit that we had the best night's sleep here. Even my BF who hates staying at hotels had the best sleep he ever had. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were devine. The location is not close to the Orlando theme parks but we were there for a wedding near by so it was convenient.

1- I was told that I could choose a king or double bed when i get to the hotel and just got there to find out only a king bed was available so my kids had to sleep in a sofa bed, 2-Asked for an extra blanket for my kids and had to go down and get it my self

Great breakfast!
Holiday Inn Ocoee East was great! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good too each morning which was a plus. The location is great as it is near shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

I was so happy with the room from the moment I stepped into it. I was very impressed with how big, nice looking and clean it was. My husband was pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig machine provided and he took full advantage of it. There were plenty of outlets to charge our cellphones and laptops. I have no complaints about it at all. I will definitely visit another Holiday Inn hotel in the future.
