The staff members were rude, the manager was also. Im a hilton silver member and they didnt honor my status. Ive stayed there multiple times and with every time its starting to get worse. Specially almost forcing people to listen to the time share chat they give you in order to get your parking tag. If you already said no, im not interested, if you come back they should not push tou to listen to it again.

Really Great staff, really nice room! Enjoyed our stay here! Lots of fun things to do around the hotel, mini golf, table tennis, cornhole, pool, hot tub, and activities. Only thing I wished for was that the tap water was colder and drinkable (it had a weird taste so we had to buy bottled water to drink)

Everything was excellent! The room was clean and well appointed. The staff went above and beyond. The little pizza and cocktail store was very convenient. The pools were very clean and well taken care of. Laundry on site was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Ceiling fan became disconnected from the ceiling and was hanging by wires. Called the front desk to have repaired. Had to Make two calls to the front desk and wait two hours to have repaired. Missed going out to dinner due to their delay.

We really loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. We stayed in the one bed apartment and it had everything we needed to cook some easy breakfast and lunches. The bed was very comfortable and the air con was amazingly cold! The only minor complaint was the poor water pressure in the shower but it wouldn’t stop us booking here again.
