The spacious, updated interior features elegant contemporary design and thoughtful touches including bespoke bedrooms and a game room equipped with a pool table, foosball, and Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga video game cabinet. The expansive kitchen comes ready for family-style meal prep with plenty of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Enjoy casual downtime and evening entertainment in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Flip on the electric fireplace for an added touch of ambiance.

Two main bedrooms include smart TVs and private en suite bathrooms. Two themed children's bedrooms share en suite access to a third bathroom. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property. First and foremost, there was no WiFi throughout my entire stay, despite contacting the management several times to address the issue. Unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it. On top of that, the place was disgustingly dirty—there were spiders everywhere, and it was clear that the property had not been properly maintained or cleaned. I expected much better for the price, but instead, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

This home was decent , decorated beautifully but me and my group have stayed at a few rentals in Orlando and this was our least favorite and won’t be coming back to this one . Best thing about this place was the beds were comfortable .

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this house was the perfect fit for our family. Super clean, spacious areas. The garage was great fun for inside play and the pool was great for outside. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood and only about 10 minutes from a great selection of restaurants (most of which delivered right to the house).

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is very family oriented. The pool with a golf course view is perfect to unwind in after a long day in the heat. We did not have any kids to enjoy the 2 themed bedrooms but enjoyed sharing pictures of them with our family and friends. The management company for the property were easy to communicate and the house is very clean. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

House was great other than no dressers for clothing. Would have liked some sort of welcome booklet that included garbage pick up dates, internet modem location (lost connection several times), info about TV, hot tub (jets did not work), pool service dates. Nice to have the BBQ grill, but there weren’t any utensils.

The pool heating did not work AND getting a refund has been a nightmare and still not complete!! Extremely poorly run management company.When I booked the stay, I wrote in the notes that I wanted the pool to be heated. They reached out to me the night before my stay with the check-in instructions. I asked if the pool was ready to go. They said “No, it hasn’t been turned on. They will turn it on but it will take 3 days to heat and I need to pay for all 3 days.” My first red flag is they made a mistake and were not willing to split the cost or take the full cost (which is what I would expect them to do). I arrived and the pool was cold. I checked 24 hours later, still cold. I checked 48 hours later and it was still cold. I reached out and said the pool was not heating up. They asked me to check the skimmer basket and the thermometer in the pool. There was no skimmer basket or thermometer in the pool (how do they not know this???). I looked over at the pool filter area and I don’t see a unit that looks like a heater. I’m not a qualified pool expert, but usually you see something that obviously looks like a heater. On checkout day I told them, “the pool is not heating please refund the cost of heating.” They said “We confirmed with our team that the water was turned on and working well. Due to this we won’t be able to process a refund.” I was frustrated and asked to talk to someone else. I finally got the property manager on the phone and he said “We will give you a refund.”

The cleaning crew really did the best they could, but there were pet stains in the back bedroom carpets and a urine smell in the most rooms and blankets. Wasp nests on the back patio, holes in the screen porch. Large brown stain in a tub. The kitchen was minimally stocked and we had to rotate using items which made cooking take forever. A vacassa staff member brought us some cooking utensils the last day, which was a nice gesture but we were already done with our cooking for the trip. The internet never worked. We tried resetting several times, the Vacassa staff member tried as well and said he would contact the internet provider but we never heard back. There were huge TVs in all rooms we never got to use because they could not connect... We were there for bike racing and looking forward to some relaxation and movie time after long hot days at the races. I hate to leave a poor review but this is probably the worst rental home experience we have ever had. I think if you are traveling with dogs this would be a great home for you. I will be sure in the future to take into account homes that allow up to 4 dogs (like this one does), will show that lots of dogs have been there!

If it's important to you that management is responsive to resolving any rental issues, then don't rent this home! We stayed in this house from March 5-19, 2023. Vacasa had sent us the lockbox code, which contained a key to open the door. There was no lockbox. We called Vacasa, who promised the local manager would call us back to resolve the issue. It took us 1 hour and 47 minutes to get a call back form the regional manager that the local manager didn't pick up the phone. Fortunately, we had discovered for ourselves that there was another way to enter the house. The house was very tastefully decorated and looked good. We paid an extra $20 daily for a heated hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not heated, and the pool was not clean. Since it also showed no smell of chlorine, we did not dare to use the pool. Eight calls to Vacasa and the regional manager to fix this problem resulted time and time again in the assurance that a report had been filed, that someone would call us back, and that the problem would be resolved soon. You guessed it. No one called back, and no solution. We called many times during our stay with no positive response. Because we had to share the kitchen counter with an army of sugar ants, we decided not to cook ourselves. Vacase guaranteed that no one would enter the house during our stay. After five days, someone came unannounced to change the locks on the front door and put a key box on the house. He indicated we didn't have to stay home because he had the code and would go into the house to change the locks. Because we sometimes left our dog at home when we went out for dinner, we wanted to make sure no one came into the house. We wanted to ensure our dog would not escape from the house. The guarantees given to us turned out to be worthless. I called Vacasa again three days before the end of our stay. Again, they created a complaint file assuring me that they would demand a response from the local property manager and that we would receive a response before the end of the day. So far, no answer and no solution. In short, we will never rent this house again because the regional and local management is one of the worst we have ever encountered. They don't care at all! They promise but do not keep their promises.
