Only issue I saw compared to when I was there 3 years ago was cleanliness of pool. This recent trip didnā€™t have as many storms it seemed. Either way it wouldnā€™t stop me from staying there in the future

The pool, lazy river, and pool bar and grill were excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The extra daily costs for resort fee ($50.00) for two bottles of water, WiFi, and other things we did NOT use or need. In addition there was a $38 self parking fee. So an additional $100 daily was added to our room fee. Hilton is pricing itself out of blue collar customers. I will never stay at a Hilton again. I believe Hyatt will deliver the same properties for less.

I booked this hotel for the lazy River. It was very packed. People were inconsiderate when they left and left their towels (even trash) on the lounge chairs, so it looked occupied when it wasnā€™t. So chairs were hard to find unless you asked those sitting nearby about the status of the chairs. The lazy river /pool wasnā€™t very clean. There were beer cans And cups along the rocks of the lazy river. There were leaves and bugs in the water as well. This was around 3 PM just before it started to rain/lightning and everyone had to exit the pool. There wasnā€™t enough floats for the weekend traffic and youā€™d expect it to be because youā€™re paying a premium $50 per night for their resort fee.The food and drinks were expensive. I spent $50 on two drinks at the pool bar. The hotel room was as expected. One minor complaint, the outlet on the nightstand didnā€™t work and the AC took forever to cool the room. Also, it is $35 per night to rent a microwave in your room. Thatā€™s a little excessive. I will probably bring my own drinks and floaty next time(if we go).

We love this property. I was assigned a room but wanted to change. I left a card with a $100 bill in it. Didnā€™t realize until six hours later. Security opened the room but someone had occupied it. I left feeling defeated. Security asked me to stop for a second after he called the man security office. It was turned in! Honest employees and hotel staff say a lot about this facility! We have stayed here on many occasions and will continue to do so! Thanks Hilton Bonnet Creek!!

In my opinion the hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable I got the 2 queens bed space was ok for 4 people. The clean part was good everything was very clean. The housekeeping was great she was very helpfull in all sense unfortunatelly I didnā€™t get her name, but she was super nice. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it.

Went for a convention and had a great time at the property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. The lazy river was so much fun! This property is so close to Disney Springs and you can see the Disney fireworks at night. The resort offers free shuttles to the parks. Canā€™t wait to stay again!

The property was very clean, and there are a few choices of restaurants at the hotel, but they are not all available during lunch hours. I didn't like the fact that there are no microwaves in rooms or anywhere visible in the hotel, instead, customers are expected to be charged a fee of $35/day for a microwave to be brought to the room just to warm up their food. I checked out a day early because my allergies were triggered whenever I was in my room and my face completely broke out after sleeping on the pillows. I do have sensitive skin, and I normally bring my own pillow, but I didn't this time.
