I had to wait an hour after my arrivel for a room, check-in is at 4pm and rooms were not ready for myself and many others. The bell hop was rude to myself and my daughters. Was giving no infirmation on location of anything located in the hotel, or even that there was 2 seperate elevators depending on floors. Will not stay again.

Just felt like the money spent was not worth it. The drivers to Disney were super rude and the amenities were just ok and the food at the pool was horrible. We ate at the lobby bar a couple times and took forever for someone to help us and every time we did eat there the check was over charged by a lot (talking $30 each time and we had to tell the server to correct.) not what you want to have to do, can’t trust the restaurant?! Yikes. The main restaurant was decent enough but even though it wasn’t busy it was very slow service. Took 20 min to get a smoked old fashioned. Gotta say I likely won’t ever stay here again. Not convenient and the busses to Disney with the rude drivers (all but one) were so infrequent and the pickup at animal kingdom is terrible due to no stalls like other parks. Missed the bus 3 times since they just show up and leave. We were searching for the stall

Area around hotel very nice and scenic. The lazy river pool very fun but can be wild, do have option to use Waldorf Astoria pool for more elegant experience. The property is very clean although accommodations and facilities are looking tired… overall experience was good.

We loved our stay here for a cheerleading competition that was taking place at Disney world. It was conveniently located and was a beautiful property. The pool was great. The room was clean. Would stay again
