Overall, great option for families.
We loved the unit and location for Disney parks. Parking was convenient, although did fill up quickly at times. Front desk was helpful at check in and was able to fulfill our request of a firework view room. You have to talk to a timeshare person which was maddening as we were there for my daughters birthday and my husbands conference so there was truly no time we could attend (you have to go together as a couple) even if we wanted to and she would not drop it. We also had hit or miss help when we called for linens etc. Despite that, we would definitely stay again for size, cost, location

Greatest place to stay
This is our 2nd year staying here with this type of listing and both times have been wonderful. The resort is amazing and cery clean. The staff is all helpful and so so nice. I couldn't ask for more

Perfect location
We stayed with family which included a 2 and 3 year old and really enjoyed our stay. So many activities, pools and places to eat and drink. It’s very close to Disney Springs. Parking is easy and close to whatever building you’re staying in. Highly recommend and looking forward to next year.

Great Location, Nice Property
Great location and beautiful property and expansive (expect a lot of walking). The only snafu we ran into were some check in issues. Our keys did not work when we got to the room and we had to go all the way back to the front desk to get help. It was a bit much after already having an almost hour long check in process where they shuffle you from desk to desk. The whole process was a bit taxing after a long travel day. The only other complaint I have which is out of their hands, was we had a room facing the parking lot which was a huge bummer as the reason I booked here was for the lake view. That was somewhat of a damper, but really nothing the property owner could fix. Overall, great property, lots of pools and food options. Uber was easy from this location and will pick you up in front of your building.

Delayed check in
Check in was delayed until 7pm . I understand check in is not until 4 . We arrived early , around noon checked in and went to the pool and hung out till 5pm. We still had to wait until 7 to get into our unit.
