Overall the property was clean had lots of pools for kids but no transportation to Disney or universal parks must Uber all over unless you have a car which can be costly. Not very accommodating on room location early check in or late check out. Can use hotel pool but bring towels because they don’t want to give you towels even though they say you can utilize all the pools

It was a great property. The main issue that we had was lack of communication regarding linens. We could have used additional towels. We washed towels multiple times during our 8 night stay. There was never anyone in the lobby of tower 5 to inquire. There was not information given at check in regarding linens.
