Great stay!
Property was everything as advertised. Room had ample room for my large family. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook some of our meals. The pool was great too! Grandkids loved it.

Slightly disappointed
We love CW Bonnet Creek! Always have! However, this past stay was not up to par! They told us when we checked in (4pm) that our room was not ready, but we would be in tower 6 with a lake view. Since this is a timeshare resort, we had to go through the check-in process by declining the tour (my parents used to own here). We got our room text an hour later (now 5pm, when check-in is at 4pm). When we got up to the desk to get our room keys, they told us that we were in tower 1 with a view of the parking lot. When we got to our room, it had dirty socks in one of the rooms and had not been vacuumed. The fact that I waited an hour past check-in for a room, not get the view we were told, and then find this mess was just unacceptable. I know this has nothing to do with the owner of the timeshare points or the management team over the vrbo listing, however CWBC has always been where we vacation for last 11 years, and we love it! I just wish this time we would have been treated the same as when we were members.
