Definitely coming back to this property , checking was quick and easy . The facilities inside the resort were clean and up to date . Our daughter loved the pirate pools and the playgrounds they offered . We had an amazing time here , will come back and stay longer !

A family of four staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. Couldnā€™t fault our stay, room was well equipped and quiet (Bella-Building 4) room was tidied up every 2 days fresh towels, bedding, toiletries etc with a full service every 6 days. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Had a safe deposit box and lovely jacuzzi bath in main bedroom. We hired a car for theme park visits, Sea World is only a 10 minute drive, Universal around 20 mins and Busch Gardens approx 1 hr 20. Lots of places to eat and shop are nearby by Resort was quiet and well maintained. Staff friendly & helpful. Pool was open until 11pm, pool towels are available from the poolside and are free was nice to take a dip at the end of a long day walking the theme parks. Check in to the resort was quick, we were given a warm and friendly welcome. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.

We did lock ourselves out of the room. But the staff was amazingly helpful the security staff that opened the door for us was friendly and understanding. We would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom. It had lots of room and the washer and dryer were great to have available. We were a little disappointed in the onsite restaurant. For such a beautiful resort, we would have expected better dining. Overall, we would return and highly recommend this property
