The property is a sister property to the Grand Vacation villas which is considerably newer you are able to use the facilities of this hotel which I would advise. Cypress Pointe has apparently been recently taken over by Hilton and areas are being updated. We stayed in a studio which was very dated and dark but clean and functional. Noise transmission from next door apartment was very high and our room was effectively visible through the gap in sealed adjoining door. The air conditioning was wall mounted and very noisy as if fan bearings had had their day. The location is very convenient and I’m sure when updates are completed will inevitably rank higher however we would not return to this complex until that has happened despite the competitive pricing.

There's was a ton of local food places within walking distance its quiet and it has amazing facilities multiple pools you can use a basketball,tennis, and workout room. Also on the other property which you can access has additional pools workout area a playgroud and free minigolf also firepita
