This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony that is ideal for relaxing. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! 112B Newport Bay Drive is one of Ocean City's nicest vacation rentals.

This renovated condo is located within walking distance to the beach and many shops, restaurants, and grocery store. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding balcony doors bathe the space in natural light. The open concept living space includes a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen tv, a storage closet and plenty of room to get comfortable. The third bedroom has a queen size and a twin size bed with a storage closet. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Perfect location

Everything within walking distance. Property was clean and well maintained. Outside shower was nice to get the sand off prior to entering property.

Long Beach Weekend

Pros were that we were walking distance to the beach as well as a grocery store and restaurants. The unit was large enough for five adults to be comfortable. It was a quiet area. The description says it’s newly renovated but that’s not true - it’s a bit worn out though not any more than you might expect for. Rental at the price we paid. We didn’t care for the deck view which was the Food Lion parking lot. For a Long Beach weekend it was fine.

no sleep, dirty property

We arrived to a very unclean property, dishes in dishwasher dirty, floor had dried food on it and the mat in the kitchen was soaking wet. Upon further inspection the pipe under the sink was leaking each time water went down the sink and the cabinet looked like it was going to fall through with wet towels holding all the water. I called immediately and they took my info. 4 hours later, still waiting for maintenance, they still had not come. I called the emergency line since we couldn't use the sink and trying to prep dinner. I talked to a woman on the emergency line, I asked if someone was coming, she said she would take a number, but decided to hang up on me because I kept asking if someone was coming. 1 hour later the maintenance came and fixed the sink, 2 hours later we had dinner at 8pm.... We also had to sweep the floors they were covered in sand as well as all the beds. It didn't get better, the beds were so bad I had to go out to Walmart to get foam pad to help with the discomfort in 3 of the beds. The boxspring was broken in 2 of the beds and a screw was sticking out of the other one. The agent said he'd offer to reimburse me a portion of the rental fee, I still haven't recieved it.
