When it comes to convenience and a prime location near the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is one of the best rental values on the beach. Enjoy a secluded location in a bayside wooded section of Ocean City, yet still close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. With a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice Place/ very Comfortable

The place was very nice and spacious. But on the third day the toilet broke in the master suite. Having contacted the property manager immediately they said someone would come and fix it, 2 nights and 3 whole days later someone did! This was unacceptable! I had recently fractured my hip and am using a wheelchair and walker and my husband a cane, and we are both seniors! This place needs more efficient staffing immediately! Unfortunately we will not return or recommend this place to anyone! Oh and they decided to give us a refund for the loss of an amenities and refunded us $22.20! That was an insult to injury in my opinion!

Awesome

Very convenient for a family of 4. Not far from the beach. Requires a little drive to get to boardwalk. Plenty of places to eat around even within walking distance. Food store (supermarket) is also within walking distance. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in quiet area with family.
