Walking distance to a grocery store, coffee, shops, a fun burger joint, and lots of other things. Walking distance to UC Berkeley. Apartment was extremely comfortable, well appointed, very spacious and the access to the park-like backyard was fantastic and serene. Owner and family are SO lovely - they kindly left a bottle of wine, refrigerator stocked with beverages and even a meal in the freezer. Could not more highly recommend this stay.
