« Hôtel de standing très bien situé près du Bart (sorte de RER) à Oakland (12th street) à environ 15 minutes du centre de San Francisco Beau studio avec belle salle de bain. Tres bien équipé.Très bon petit déjeuner.Personnel de service et cuisine très sympathique et prêt à aider Bémols : pas de lave linge dans le studio mais une laverie PAYANTE en libre service dans l hôtel. La personne qui a fait le check-in pas du tout aimable. Au final : Bon point de chute à San Francisco. Oakland est une ville...

« Super hôtel pour aller visiter San Francisco ! L'hôtel est proche du Ferry, qui fait la traversée (rapide et très agréable) jusqu'à San Francisco. Personnel et accueil au top. Chambre propre et confortable, bon petit déjeuner. De plus l'hôtel est très bien situé (restaurants et commerces). Je conseille sans aucun problème. »

« L'hôtel est pas mal, en plein centre. Par contre j'ai trouvé très désagréable été débité deux fois du parking, soit 20$ au lieu de 10$. Je réclame surtout pour le principe, parce que ce n'est pas honnête. J'ai envoyé un message à l'hôtel hier, mais sans réponse. C'est cette absence de réponse qui me fait écrire ce commentaire. »

« Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Pas neuf, rien de chic mais lit confortable, chambre spacieuse, personnel courtois. A deux pas du sympathique “Jack London square” où on retrouve multitude de restaurants et un service de navette fluviale vers San Francisco. Il faut s’attendre au bruit des trains qui passent juste en face. »

"Cet hôtel nous a laissé un très mauvais souvenir. Le train passe à proximité très très régulièrement. La salle de bain était en très mauvais état et sale. Le petit déjeuner compris est vraiment nul, juste du café et quelques tranches de pain. "
