« Hôtel de standing très bien situé près du Bart (sorte de RER) à Oakland (12th street) à environ 15 minutes du centre de San Francisco Beau studio avec belle salle de bain. Tres bien équipé.Très bon petit déjeuner.Personnel de service et cuisine très sympathique et prêt à aider Bémols : pas de lave linge dans le studio mais une laverie PAYANTE en libre service dans l hôtel. La personne qui a fait le check-in pas du tout aimable. Au final : Bon point de chute à San Francisco. Oakland est une ville...

« My friend and I stayed here for a concert on a Friday night. It was a very comfortable and easy stay! I have no complaints and was impressed with how nice it is. I will say it’s worth paying the $50 a day Valet parking. Street parking is minimal and didn’t feel that safe. We Ubered to Oakland Arena and Ubered back with no issues. The BART is like a 7 min walk away according to my maps, we didn’t try it but just an FYI. The continental breakfast had good options! Eggs, potatoes, sausage,...

Je réclame surtout pour le principe, parce que ce n'est pas honnête. J'ai envoyé un message à l'hôtel hier, mais sans réponse. C'est cette absence de réponse qui me fait écrire ce commentaire. »

« Cet hôtel nous a laissé un très mauvais souvenir. Le train passe à proximité très très régulièrement. La salle de bain était en très mauvais état et sale. Le petit déjeuner compris est vraiment nul, juste du café et quelques tranches de pain. »

« Bathroom was moldy and shower and tub were filthy with black scum in crevices. Hair on the floor indicated that it wasn’t swept after the last guest. Otherwise it was basic and gave what I needed which was a cheap roof, bed, shower. The front office person was accommodating. »

« Un hotel situé en face d'un camp pour SDF(je n'ai rien contre les SDF). On a failli mourir de soif car l'eau du robinet est non potable. Un seul magasin aux alentours avec service limité. Les chambres puent et sont infectes. Les lieux sont repugnants. C'est le rdv des junkys er des prostituées. À BANNNNNNIIIRRR....DÉFINITIVEMENT...vos chances decsurvivre dans ces lieux sont minimes. »

« Super hôtel pour aller visiter San Francisco ! L'hôtel est proche du Ferry, qui fait la traversée (rapide et très agréable) jusqu'à San Francisco. Personnel et accueil au top. "Hôtel de standing très bien situé près du Bart (sorte de RER) à Oakland (12th street) à environ 15 minutes du centre de San Francisco Beau studio avec belle salle de bain. Tres bien équipé.Très bon petit déjeuner.Personnel de service et cuisine très sympathique et prêt à aider Bémols : pas de lave linge dans le studio mais une laverie PAYANTE en libre service dans l hôtel. La personne qui a fait le check-in pas du tout aimable. Au final : Bon point de chute à San Francisco. Oakland est une ville très calme et sans probleme de sécurité. (en journée)"
