this house was perfect for our family it has great space every room has an attached bathroom it’s clean newly renovated and in a great location if you have events at UA. in the description it says it has 2 king beds it only has one king bed on first floor upstairs rooms have 2 rooms with double beds and one room with 2 single beds. which was perfect for us. we would stay again if we ever go back to tuscaloosa.

Not an issue for us at all but wanted to relay that the listing shows it having 2 King beds. Wanted to relay incase property owner was not aware. Great visit after the gymnastics meet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for families
We had a great stay in this lovely townhome. Everyone had their own room and bathroom so that was extra nice. The only thing I could recommend is maybe more kitchen items as we wanted to cook meals to save on eating out and there was limited items in terms of mixing bowls and pots and pans. We purchased coffee cups and left them for the next guest. But super cute, convenient and darling area to walk around shop and eat. Would stay there again when visiting the area.

Perfect Bama Getaway
Our experience was great! We came from across the country to visit our child at Bama and had never stayed in a VRBO before — always hotels. But with a lot of the fraternities hosting parents weekend, everything was sold out. We weren’t sure what it was going to be like…. And we were pleasantly surprised that it was perfect. Check in process was easy. The home was new and extremely clean (this coming from a Virgo neat freak:)!). The location was perfect. Our family was so comfy. The owners were easy to communicate with, too, and very accommodating. Cutest old town Northport in walking distance and the University is maybe a 7 minute drive — really a great location. Would stay at this property for all of our future Bama visits. Tip: bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The train tracks are right behind the property and can be loud at night. But we didn’t mind — it kind of added to that southern charm.
