"We had a short but pleasant stay here. On our first night, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. However, after I mentioned it to the staff the next morning, they had it repaired immediately. It’s a shame we were only there for two nights, as the service was excellent once the issue was sorted. I really appreciated how quickly the team handled our request. Would definitely stay again!""

"This was our first booked trip as a family of 4 and our stay was excellent. Highlight of the stay was the breakfast. We wanted to get to the pool, but it got shut down early Friday night due to an accident. Hotel is in a great spot for walking around and accessing the majority of downtown Chicago. Check in and check out was easy, room was very spacious for a family of 4 and we had a great time. Embassy suites will be our first choice when planning our next stay in Chicago. Few things to point out that were little hiccups in our stay, the phone in our room had a connection issue to the front desk, no biggie as we spent most of our time out in the city. The other thing to note is the elevators, if the hotel is packed, you will be waiting for the elevator for an extended time, so just keep that in mind when planning outings in the city. Do yourself a favor and go on spot Hero and book a parking spot if your traveling with your car. Hotel valet was double the price I paid for in and out access right next door to the hotel for 2 nights. We will be back to this location for a future stay!"
