"Our shuttle to airport was late leaving. He was on his cell phone the entire drive and we had a close call/short stop because of this. My husband quietly suggested he not be on his phone while actually driving…he brushed us off and said he was checking on other rides. Hotel was lovely. Staff in lounge very accommodating. Front desk staff very gracious. If you got a different driver we would stay again."

"Great hotel that is still one of my favorites. Restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. I was upgraded to an executive suite on the 12th floor. Huge room with large working area and lots of power outlets. Room had large bank of windows facing northeast so allowed a panoramic view of the city."
