Our safe didn’t work when we first arrived, but someone came to fix it in 15min. We didn’t love every dish/dessert offered in the dining room, but many were outstanding. "

"The staff was excellent, they go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a lot of action, stay somewhere else, this place has a very laid back vibe. Never had to wait for a lounge by the pool or on the beach. I was looking for a place to snorkel without going on an excursion, and this fit the bill. There are coral reefs right in front of the place."

"Hotel was on point and staff was very nice. We were on the Platinum side in the adults only section and had the pleasure of having both Neisano and Dennis taking care of us. Thank you both for your attention to detail and helpful suggestions on dinner and activities. We will be back for sure but may try the kids side. It all looks so nice.
