Rooms are smaller and dated. I hear they are upgrading some. Main "small issue" is the bathroom/sink area. Very "dorm-like," which makes sense when you understand the history/purpose of the facility. Only complaint is that it would be nice to know, on check-in, that there is no daily room cleaning. This would have saved some wet towels left n the tub for exchange. Staff is fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating. Location is an easy 11 minutes from OU. Plenty of parking is nice too.

Lounge, Lobby and bar were updated and nice. However, the rooms are small, cramped bathrooms and everything was out of date. Unfortunately for the price we will not be booking again. The staff was very nice so thats too bad.

Didn't like the fact that the pool and gym area were closed from public use for a private event. My wife really wanted to go for a swim on Friday afternoon. Additionally there was some dripping noise that was keeping her awake that same night. To NCED's credit, they moved us to a similar room across the hall right away.

This hotel is great for one night - for an OU football game. The furniture and decor is old, clean, gaps under the door so hallway noise can be an issue. Free breakfast was great and the location to the lloyd noble parking lot is perfect. This hotel was $200 cheaper than other hotels for gameday. So I will stay again.

The only reason we booked this property was to use the pool, we where heading to the Oklahoma football and wanted to relax before the game but the pool was closed do too a private event, I could have a much cheaper hotel if I did not want to use the pool.

Lots to do on the property itself, and beautifully landscaped; we just needed a place to sleep before our event the next day. Breakfast was included and was great: premade hot foods like sausages and bacon, pancakes and biscuits. Lots of delicious fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and pastries, also omelets and waffles made to order. Room was very small, bathroom and tiny counter even smaller. We had no soaps when we arrived and phone to front desk didn't work at all. We asked for soap when we left for dinner; it was at our door when we came back. We told them not to worry with the phone, but regretted it when we went to bed and realized our pillows were so tiny and flat that we couldn't sleep on them. Bed was very, very firm and pillows were nonexistent.
